Two!!!

Mama and Daddy's Baby Girl turned two today. Even though Mama's been looking forward to this day, Mama can't help but be a little sad that her "baby" is not a baby anymore. 23 Months

Baby Girls has been so much fun for Mama and Daddy at 23 months. Her personality has blossomed so much that it amazes Mama and Daddy. This month she showed us that she can be a little performer by singing and dancing when the moment gets her. Once again, Chloe's vocabulary has also grown so much that Mama can't keep up with it for the blog. Some of the most recents for her 23rd month are Nancy, Aidan, Einsein, booty, boobies, sorry, yogurt, monkey, horsey, sheep, cow, hummer, bike, spider, water, yellow, blue, cup, book, cookie, cake, locket, sit, booger, kiss, choo choo and train. She's also learned how to say change shirt, grapes, water, and noodles in Vietnamese. Some of her two worded phrases include have fun, got it, see you, no touch, ice cream, fan, right there, thank you, no here and that way. Some of her newest tricks include learning all the Disney Mickey Mouse Clubhouse names such as Mickey Mouse, Daisy, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Pete, Boo Boo Chicken and Minnie. She's also learned how to sing her A,B,C's and sing songs like the Happy Birthday, Itsey Bitsey Spider and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Party Hopping

The Phans had a busy day with all the party hopping. The first one of the day was Vincent's 3rd Birthday Party. Baby Girl had a blast playing in the pool with the birthday boy and eating yummy birthday cake. After the birthday party, the fam headed to SugarLand for Anna and Chase's Couple's Shower. Once again, Chloe enjoyed more yummy treats and spending time with the happily engaged couple. By the end of the night, Baby Girl was so pooped from all the party hopping that she passed out early.

Sibling Play Date

Chloe had her first play date with the Lesniewicz siblings. As always, she enjoyed playing with Sabine at the park and was completely intrigued by the newest Lesniewicz member Andrew. Mama and Sabine's Mama couldn't be any happier seeing everyone get along so well.

Oregon Trip

The Phan Family and Grandma Le headed to Oregon on Memorial Day weekend to visit Uncle Ca, Aunt Nancy and Cousin Aidan. Mama and Daddy were both a little nervous about the plane ride, but as usual, Baby Girl was a trooper!

Once the plane landed, the cousins had the time of their life playing in all types of weather and locations in Oregon. And the best part was seeing them bond. Mama and Daddy are looking forward to many more family Oregon trips in the future.

The Phans headed over the Nathan household to have a family play date with the Nathans and the Cernoseks. All the kiddoes had fun playing with each other while the parents caught up over dinner. It was a definite win win situation for all parents!

Mother's Day

The Phan Family had a full day of activities for Mother's Day. The first thing the fam did today was pick up Grandma Phan and headed to church. After Church, the Phan Clan headed to Mama and Daddy's favorite place for lunch -- Tan Tan! Once the yummy grubbing was over, Mama and Auntie Phuong took the kiddoes to the park to play. By the end of the night, the whole fam was pooped from all the fun!

Chloe had a blast spending her day with the two Jumalon brothers Vincent and Matthew. Baby Girl loved cooing over the newest member of the Jumalon family and playing with the oldest at the park. Mama enjoyed spending the day with Chloe's God Mama and the Jumalon brothers' Mama. It was definitely a win win for everyone!

Early Mother's Day

Mama and Daddy celebrated Mother's Day early with the Le Family since Uncle Giang finally had a Sunday off! Even though it was an early Mother's Day celebration, Grandma Le decided to cook everyone a hearty Vietnamese Meal. Everyone loved the food so much that Mama forgot to take pics of the special occasion!

After a yummy Mother's Day lunch, Mama and Daddy decided to take Chloe for a dip in the pool since it was such a hot day. Baby Girl surprised Mama and Daddy by being so brave. She was so excited to go swimming that she jumped right into the pool!

Crawfish Broil

The Phan Family attended the biggest Crawfish Broil Party today. When one of our Dream Dinners customers asked the fam to join their annual crawfish boil, Mama and Daddy had no idea how big the party would be! Chloe loved the idea of kids running free in the backyard while their parents relaxed near by with some yummy crawfish. What a lovely way to spend the day!

22 Months

As usual, Baby Girl was soaking up the new words Mama and Daddy threw at her at 22 months. Some of her newbies are strawberry, purse, bag, milk, big, doggie, bike, bucket, sit, eat, off, wheel, picture, hurt, sing, out, hug, trash, sun, mat, pickle, chicken, funny and moon. Chloe's newest family and friend names that she's learned are Jonathan, Angel, Peter, and Honey. She can also say Grandpa Phan, Grandpa Le, shirt, bird, light and love you in Vietnamese. One of her newest tricks this month is putting two or more words together to describe things. Baby Girl can now say Let's Go, Big Doggie, Happy Face, Bumble Bee, Kitty Cat, Big Ball, Miss You, Poker Face, Bubble Tea, and Lady Bug. Some other new tricks this month include twisting tops back on, using keys to open car doors, saying sorry and counting from 1-10 completely. Some other new tricks she learned this month are climbing ladders and going up the stairs without using her hands. And the biggest accomplishment that Baby Girl did this month was learn to say that she is two years old in both Vietnamese and English!

First School Performance

Mama and Daddy couldn't be any prouder today watching Chloe sing and dance at her first school performance. Baby Girl had the best time showing Mama and Daddy what she's been perfecting during her school year at Footsteps. Check out Miss Thang!

Easter Sunday

The Phans headed over to the Heallen household on Easter Sunday for Baby Julianna's Baptism Party. The adults loved catching up over yummy food while the kiddoes hunted for eggs. Chloe surprised Mama and Daddy by tag teaming with her friend Vincent to find eggs. Vincent's parents were shocked that Vincent was sharing his candy with Baby Girl. What a nice day for new things!

Park Fun

Mama and Daddy took Chloe to a new park today for some outdoor fun. At first she was a little scared of the new surroundings, but after a little coaxing from Daddy she was all good. Once she was comfortable, she was even able to meet new friends. To Mama and Daddy's surprise, one of Baby Girl's new friends was a boy version of her! Mama couldn't get enough of Chloe's boy twin that she made them take pics together!
